Greek Farro Salad
Easy and fast way to make greek farro salad :
Tender nutty farro, crisp vegetables, Kalamata olives, and creamy feta are tossed in a tangy dressing to make my favorite Greek farro salad. Put cooked cold farrow in a large bowl and add olive oil, fresh lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper, and toss to coat. Then add bell pepper, cucumber, tomatoes, olives, shallots, oregano and feta cheese. And gently toss to combine and serve.
