           I'm going to show you how to cook green apples curry for this I'm using two granny smith apples 1/2 a cup of thick coconut milk and 2 tablespoons of sugar 1 onion ginger and garlic paste 1 tablespoon of mustard seeds a little bit of oil for frying and green chillies curry leaves cinnamon fenugreek seeds and a tablespoon full dark roasted curry powder mold your fish flakes if you are a vegetarian you can omit mold your fish flakes totally and if you want to find out how to do the dark roasted curry powder I have already uploaded one video about that and I'll put that link in my blog so I'm going to add a little bit of oil into the pan to star this and going to cut the apples when the oil is hot add the tbsp mustard seeds into the oil and let it splatter once it starts popping up like that add the onions and the brain chilli powder add all the other are the ingredients to the oil and cook this about 2 to 3 minutes once the spices are at the the daffy roasted curry powder and then add the sliced apples into there and let it switch a little bit before adding the coconut milk so once you so this it will caught the spices and let it script and cook halfway through before adding coconut milk after cooking several minutes at the coconut milk and let it in coconut milk adding the sugar and you can cook this about 5 to 6 minutes until the apples are cooked but it holds its shape don't overcook that first then the shape is not there and I forgot to tell you that I didn't use any other spices except the dark roasted curry powder because it has all the spices and it gives the spiciness enough spiciness to this curry so I'm going to cook this about 5 minutes . 

    now while cooking the ethanol's always check the salt and the sugar level and adjust it according to your taste sometimes you might need more sugar or less so I'm going to cook this now cover it for several minutes I finish cooking the green apples curry and I hope you will enjoy this recipe thank you for reading .
