Grilled Tuna Steaks
this recipe for marinated tuna steak is fabulous according to all recipes member cathyw who adds that the tuna comes out light and flaky with a rich taste it's really delicious and we'll be having it again and again says Cathy let's get started by preparing the marinade we'll get the chopping done first finelychop in a fresh parsley to make about 2 Tablespoons and then chop enough fresh oregano tomake about half of a teaspoon then mince 1 clove of garlicinto a medium bowl add a quarter of aquarter of a cup of soy sauce a cup of orange juice of soy sauce two tablespoons of olive oil one tablespoon of lemon juice half of a teaspoon of ground black,pepper add the parsley the oregano and the garlic stir all the marinade ingredientstogether then place four four ounce tunasteaks into the marinade turn them so that both sides are coated with the marinade cover the dish and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
preheat the grill on high heat and lightly oil the grill grateplace the tuna steaks on the grill and cook them for five to six minutes turn mistakes and base them with the marinade then cook them for an additional fiveminutes or until they're done to your liking you can discard any remaining marinade or take Kathy suggestion and poured the remaining marinade into asaucepan and simmer it until it's thick and rich then pour it over the grilled tuna
